Yep, just over here trying to embrace the bloat that I can’t hold in🤷🏻‍♀️
It’s normal, we all get it, some worse than others but there’s many ways to help reduce it!
What throws me off is when you’re trying to cut and it feels like you’re just stripped of any progress made....but it’s just a bloat, it’s not fat and guess what...it goes down!

This is life!  Just a few snapshots of course, but our life, how we make it fit.
... With 3 very active kids in full time activities, a full time Ironman in training and a fitness business, we are busy!
... I’ve learned that you make time for what you think is a priority.  Whether that’s, sports, date night, work, friends, family, neighbors, volunteering, PTO, and even taking care of yourself!
... We simply don’t do what we don’t make a priority....it is very little about having the “time”. I’m guilty of it too!  We could all get up earlier, stay up later, stop scrolling, stop watching TV, pass on a lunch out, etc, to fit in things we want!
... It took me years to learn that fitness and health needed to be a priority.  I didn’t always like working out and I’m not a fan of most Heathy foods!  But I made it a priority!
... I still have to talk myself into working out most days,  and making better food choices...some days are easier than others! If your like me, and KNOW you need a change, want to take you health more seriously and know what it’s like to feel good, you need to JUMP IN with 2 feet!
... There is still work, there are still hard days, but I know a solution to the problem!  You have 3 days to decide if NOW is your time to make yourself a PRIORITY!  If YOU don’t, who will?💕

𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - 𝐰𝐢𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐤𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐞?.
Ich brauche gar keine Motivation mehr um Sport zu machen. Ich bin dauerhaft motiviert und muss mich nicht wirklich aufraffen, um Sport zu machen. Genau dieses Gefühl, möchte ich dir in diesem Post vermitteln.

Zuerst muss dir bewusst werden, weshalb du überhaupt Sport machen willst. Egal ob es für die Abnahme/ Muskelaufbau ist oder einfach um fitter zu werden. Du musst dir denken: du machst es FÜR DICH. Für deine Gesundheit. .

Vorteile von Sport 
Als nächstes ist es gut zu wissen, dass Sport so viele Vorteile hat: Sport macht stark und aktiv. Man nimmt 10 mal mehr Sauerstoff auf, als in Ruhephasen, wodurch der Stoffwechsel angekurbelt wird, wodurch die Zellen schneller Fett verbrennen und Abbauprodukte ausscheiden. 
Durch die erhöhte Sauerstoffaufnahme schüttet das Gehirn vermehrt ACTH aus, welches die Konzentration verbessert und den Blutdruck senkt.
Beim Sport werden auch Endorphine (Glückshormone) ausgeschüttet. 
Durch den Sport werden auch die Stresshormone schneller abgebaut. Man fühlt sich entspannter. 
Durch verstärkten Muskelaufbau verbrennt man auch noch nach dem Training Kalorien (Kraftraining ist also besonders gut) und der Grundumsatz erhöht sich. Einerseits kann man durch den erhöhten Kalorienverbrauch mehr essen, andererseits stoppt Bewegung nach einer Weile auch das Hungergefühl und den Appetit. 
Durch Muskeln wird auch das Hautgewebe straffer und kann somit auch Cellulite beseitigen. 
Durch die erhöhte Durchblutung wird die Haut frischer und Unreinheiten können verschwinden. 
Darüber hinaus wird das Immunsystem gestärkt und die Drüsen im Körper schütten vermehrt Wachstums- und Sexualhormone aus, welche wichtige Altersschutzstoffe sind. Die sexualhormone die man durch den Sport vermehrt ausschüttet verbessern auch das Liebesleben, da es die Lust auf Sex steigert.

Le pillole di Max 
Si ricomincia a lavorare in pista, dopo un piccolo stop forzato. Oggi giornata un po' calda, per non dire rovente, in questi casi immagino di correre fra i ghiacciai e devo dire che un po' aiuta😉
Menù di oggi: 12x200(38")circa 3'16/km ( rec. 200 leggera corsa). Alcuni si chiederanno.. ma a cosa serve fare i 200 per preparare una maratona? Molto semplice , alzare il livello di lattato, migliorare la tecnica di corsa, imparare ad utilizzare la spinta del piede, coordinazione braccia/gambe... ecc.. ecc. Preferisco fare lavori veloci in pista(non ho chiodate ma scarpe A2), per evitare su strada, buche, avvallamenti, cani indesiderati, bici, e quant'altro. Ci vuole molta #concentrazione e un lungo riscaldamento...per chi non è abituato come me a tenere certi ritmi. Quindi ora non vi resta che provare

Molto semplice , alzare il livello di lattato, migliorare la tecnica di corsa, imparare ad utilizzare la spinta del piede, coordinazione braccia/gambe... ecc.. ecc. Preferisco fare lavori veloci in pista(non ho chiodate ma scarpe A2), per evitare su strada, buche, avvallamenti, cani indesiderati, bici, e quant'altro. Ci vuole molta #concentrazione e un lungo riscaldamento...per chi non è abituato come me a tenere certi ritmi. Quindi ora non vi resta che provare
