So many of the athletes I work with have never cooked a meal on their own. They also require a significant amount of calories everyday to keep their weight up (or gain) with their high training demands. That’s where this Buffalo Chicken Pizza comes in!🙌🏽🙌🏽🍕🍕This has been one of the most popular recipes with my athletes of all ages for years. It’s so delicious and so easy to make. Tag someone who would love trying this!💪🏽👏🏽
▪️Ingredients:
1 whole grain pizza crust
1/3 cup marinara sauce
8 oz. chicken breasts, shredded (can skip a step and use rotisserie chicken here! Or can grill your own or use an instant pot/slow cooker)
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 cup spinach or kale, shredded
1/4 cup red onion, diced
▫️For the creamy buffalo sauce:
1 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
3 Tbsp Buffalo Wing Sauce (Recommend The New Primal Brand)
▪️DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400-425 degrees F (depending on type of crust used)
Top pizza crust with marinara sauce, fully cooked shredded chicken (or rotisserie chicken), cheese, shredded kale/spinach, red onion, and any other vegetables you’d like.
Cook in oven for 12-15 minutes (depending on crust) until lightly browned on top.
Make buffalo sauce to drizzle on top of pizza after cooking by mixing 1 Tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt and 2-3 Tbsp Buffalo Wing Sauce together in small bowl. Use a spoon to drizzle on top after baking and enjoy!😁🔥🍕

✖️FOCUS✖️felt so energized & determined while I was in the gym today! I like to fuel my workouts by getting into the right head space beforehand. I'll jam in the car on the way there to get myself amped. If I'm not in the right head space before a workout chances are the workout is gonna suck because I will become distracted. So I put the music on and tune the world out about 20 min before I go in order to really get focused on the lift ahead. It can also help by watching some motivational videos before a lift to really keep your mind on track and keep that lazer focus during your gym session!
