Ich liebe Tomaten in allen Formen und Farben 🍅🍅🍅Minitomaten lassen sich sehr gut fermentieren, sie sind nach einer Woche bereits fertig, können dann aber trotzdem sehr lange kühl aufbewahrt werden. Die Schale muss zuvor eingeritzt werden. Einfach mit einem Zahnstocher vier mal anpicken. Ich nehme aber immer so ein Messer von meinem Spiralschneider für Gemüsespaghetti, über das ich ein Tomätchen rolle. So geht es richtig schnell. 💚
Dazu passen Kräuter🍃 und Gewürze nach Geschmack. Ich mag sie gerne mit Rosmarin, Basilikum, Knoblauch und Pfeffer. Sie machen sich auch optisch🍅 und geschmacklich gut in der Mischung mit anderen Gemüsen wie Spargel oder Zucchini, die ebenfalls schnell fermentieren.
Alles, so fest es geht, in ein Glas pressen und eine zweiprozentige Salzlake darüber gießen, Deckel drauf und geduldig warten. 🕰 Durch den Gummiring kann Flüssigkeit austreten, deshalb solltet Ihr ein Tellerchen darunter stellen. Das funktioniert auch mit Twist-Off-Gläsern.

3 – 6 chicken thighs
450g green beans
3 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper
Juice 1/2 lemon + slices
125ml chicken stock
1 tablespoon Sriracha
Chili pepper flakes
Parsley

🍽 DIRECTIONS 🍽
1. In a small bowl, combine onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Season chicken thighs with the spice mixture. Set aside while you prepare green beans.

2. Arrange green beans in a microwave-safe dish with 125ml water. Cook in microwave for 8-10 minutes, until almost done but still crisp.

3. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet over medium-low heat. Lay the seasoned chicken thighs in one layer in the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes then flip and cook another 5-6 minutes, until cooked through and a cooking thermometer displays 165°F. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside.

4. In the skillet, lower the heat and melt the remaining tablespoon butter. Add chopped parsley, garlic, red crushed chili pepper flakes, and pre-cooked green beans and cook for 5 minutes, until cooked to your liking. Deglaze with lemon juice and chicken stock and reduce the sauce for a couple of minutes, until slightly thickened.

5. Add cooked chicken thighs back to the pan and reheat quickly. Adjust seasoning with pepper and serve the lemon garlic butter chicken thighs immediately, garnished with more crushed chili pepper, fresh parsley, and a slice of lemon if you like.

So do a detox every now and then where I completely cut out refined sugar from my diet. It works wonders for my body. I feel less bloated, clothes fit better and I am more energetic. There is an article published by Harvard medical school (link in bio) that states that having a slower heart rate is much healthier, since the body doesn’t need to work as hard to pump blood around. Each beat puts a mild stress on artery walls. More beats per minute means more stress. Having a slower heart rate has a ton of benefits and you are less prone to diseases.

Things that I do to lower my resting heart rate are as follows. -Grounding/Earthing at least once or twice a week, this means walking barefoot on Earth for 10-20 mins. -Exercising (at least 4 times a week) to the point where my pain threshold keeps increasing weekly. -Not over thinking and getting stressed. Being less stressed is a by-product of exercising. -Box breathing. Holding breath for 4 counts, exhaling for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts. Repeat 4-6 times. Do this once a day. -Cold showers -Pee clear at least 6-9 times day. -NOT drinking many stimulants like coffee and tea. On occasion yes, like once or twice a week. -Limited amount of Alcohol -High fibre diet. -At least 8 hour sleep. -Spend time with mother nature. Research proves people who are outdoors more are less stressed. -Eat wild caught fish once or twice a week. -Lastly, living with a clear and clean heart where you act with no ill intentions and only practice Love, Service and Kindness. When we do things like lie and cheat, it puts a toll on our body where our mental peace is impacted which directly impacts our peace of mind and as a result the heart rate increases.

Things that I do to lower my resting heart rate are as follows. -Grounding/Earthing at least once or twice a week, this means walking barefoot on Earth for 10-20 mins. -Exercising (at least 4 times a week) to the point where my pain threshold keeps increasing weekly. -Not over thinking and getting stressed. Being less stressed is a by-product of exercising. -Box breathing. Holding breath for 4 counts, exhaling for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts. Repeat 4-6 times. Do this once a day. -Cold showers -Pee clear at least 6-9 times day. -NOT drinking many stimulants like coffee and tea. On occasion yes, like once or twice a week. -Limited amount of Alcohol -High fibre diet. -At least 8 hour sleep. -Spend time with mother nature. Research proves people who are outdoors more are less stressed. -Eat wild caught fish once or twice a week. -Lastly, living with a clear and clean heart where you act with no ill intentions and only practice Love, Service and Kindness. When we do things like lie and cheat, it puts a toll on our body where our mental peace is impacted which directly impacts our peace of mind and as a result the heart rate increases.

She's down 3% body fat already.  Our main aim is to get her body fat down whilst maintaining her muscle mass. Her calorie intake have of course increased 💪💪 She's super dedicated and consistent and i can't wait to see what yet another 6 weeks will bring.  Good work Sari 💪💪

The amazing @nourishing.amy has created this amazing recipe for us: Tiramisu Chocolate Chip Donuts!

Makes 15

Ingredients:
3 large ripe bananas
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp olive oil 
2 tbsp fruit syrup
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 1/4 cup plain flour
1/4 cup tiramisu protein powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Chocolate Frosting
1/2 cup (125g) chocolate coconut yoghurt 
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 170Fan/190*C and grease a donut tray with oil.
2. Mash the bananas and add in the chia seeds, coconut milk, olive oil and syrup and stir until smooth.
3. Leave for 5 minutes before adding the coconut sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, flour and protein powder and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
4. Divide the batter between the donut holes, filling them 3/4 full and then bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and firm to touch.
5. Allow to cool before removing from the moulds.
6. Prepare the frosting by whopping the coconut yoghurt until thicker and then spread over each donut. Good morning! I hope you all had a productive start to the new week yesterday. It's going to be suuuper hot here this week so cooling and refreshing meals are going to be necessary. Perfect occassion for an Açaï bowl (recipe on my blog) 😋 These ones were topped with fresh strawberries, banana, blueberries, granola and cacao nibs. TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY • 5 and 1/2 months and 6 and 1/2 stone between these photos! I’ve tried this loosing weight malarkey in the past and it’s never stuck, I didn’t loose 10 stone in a week so couldn’t have been working 😂 My head was never in it. 
Just after Christmas I received what should have been a beautiful family photo, turned out to be the motivation I needed to join @slimmingworld and stick to it! I doubt I’ll ever share that particular photo as it still brings me to tears that I ever let myself go like that but I will always look at it when I feel like reaching for the pastries or if a week hasn’t gone quite as I’d hoped. I am a million miles away from that person ☺️

Egal ob mein Gym eine Klimaanlage hat oder nicht, ich zieh mein Training durch!
Einfach genug trinken, Zähne zusammenbeißen und schwitzen tut man sowieso 😬💦

When you eat juicy, vibrant, sweet and colourful foods, they become what you radiate from the inside out 🌈 this goes for both fruit and vegetables, but I know so many people still hold a fear about fruit particularly. Worrying about the sugar content because of misinformation from the media, when really this life-giving sugar inside of a fruit could never be compared to that in a processed food. The sugar in sweet delicious fruits is bound to fiber, minerals, antioxidants, photochemicals, phytonutrients, flavanoids, enzymes and high water content 💚 and fuels every cell in your body. 
And think of the energy of it! Grown straight from a tree, provided with nourishment from the earth and rain, charged up by the sun, and peacefully offers itself up to be enjoyed when it is ripe and ready (except most fruits are picked way too early 😅) the earth blesses us with the most perfect foods to thrive on, such as fruits vegetables whole grains and legumes, what more could you ask for 😍  healing and nourishment on a cellular level, always with gratitude Mother Nature 🙏🏽💛
