[Pain Hot-dog, saucisse végétale]

Bien manger en se faisant plaisir, ici avec des saucisses végétales naturellement protéinées sans gluten. De la junk food de qualité ! Les saucisses possèdent 11g de lipides, 30g de glucides et 28,4g de protéines pour 100g c’est-à-dire 2 saucisses. Elles sont parfaites après un entraînement et sont réalisées avec des lentillons locaux (@lapattejeanjean ) qui possèdent plus de protéines qui des lentilles classiques. Glissée dans un pain Hot-dog maison à la farine semi-complète, le repas est équilibré et de qualité.

La recette (pour 6 Hot Dog):
→ Pour les pains :
-250g de farine (Les Farines de la Touche)
-125g de lait (végétal ou non)
-1 œuf
-10g de levure boulangère
-20g de cassonade
-30g de beurre pommade
-4g de sel
→ Pour les saucisses végétales.
-100g de lentillons sèches (@lapattejeanjean )
-1/2 oignons
-10g de sauce soja
-50g de bouillon de légumes
-30g de farine de pépins de courge (@bioplanete_france )
-1 œuf

Commencez par les pains. Mélangez la farine, le sel et le sucre. Ajoutez le lait avec l’œuf battu puis la levure émiettée. Incorporez le beurre pommade. Pétrir encore 5 à 10 minutes pour avoir une pâte élastique. Laissez pousser 1h30 avec un film. Quand la pâte a doublé de volume la récupérer et faire des portions de 80g qu’il faut bouler et mettre en forme de pain Hot-Dog. Laissez pousser à nouveau 1h30 et enfournez 15 minutes à 175°. À la sortir du four les couvrir d’un torchon pour qu’ils gardent leur moelleux.

Pour les saucisses. Cuire les lentillons. Faire revenir l’oignon sans qu’il ne brûle. Passez les lentilles cuites et l’oignon au mixeur pour en pour en faire une purée puis ajoutez le reste des ingrédients. Une fois votre appareil homogène (il est liquide c’est normal) formez les saucisses dans du papier film en les roulant. Cuire à la vapeur ou à l’eau (si le film est bien étanche) 25 minutes puis dorer à la poêle.

ZUCCHINI RAVIOLI STUFFED WITH SPINACH AND RICOTTA 😍😍 A much healthier and lighter option and super easy to make!

Recipe
1. Peel thin slices of zucchini 
2. Heat saucepan, add garlic paste or fresh garlic and then add the spinach
3. Let the spinach cook for 5 to 6 minutes until its soft. Add salt and pepper
4. Drain out water from spinach and add ricotta and mix well. Add some salt to the ricotta
5. Layer the zuchini (swipe right to see) and then put the spinach and ricotta mixture in the middle and fold all sides
6. Spread a layer of tomato puree in your baking tray.
7. Add the zucchini ravioli
8. Sprinkle some cheese on top and you can also add mixed herbs
9. Bake for 20 mins at 220°C

I swear summertime equals kids are ALWAYS hungry time! If your house is anything like mine then you need this recipe too. I try to find snacks that are healthy and will keep my kids full. I also want to make sure I have something I can grab and eat without feeling guilty.

Hier je faisais les fonds de placard et je me suis dit que j'allais faire un gâteau avec ça, du coup j'ai obtenue une sorte de brownie à la banane 🍌

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 :
👉🏼 1 ½ banane + ½ pour le dessus
👉🏼 2 jaunes d'œufs + 1 œuf 🥚
👉🏼 20g de cacao en poudre
👉🏼 10g de sucre de coco ou de sirop d'agave
👉🏼 70g de farine de seigle
. 
𝐌é𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝𝐞 (pour 12 carrés) :
1. Préchauffez votre four à 180°C
2. Mélangez tous les ingrédients, déposez des rondelles de banane sur le dessus
3. Enfournez pour 20 min.

Ingredients:⠀👇👇 ▪1 small to medium head of cauliflower
▪½ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
▪½ cup water
▪½ cup all-purpose flour or rice flour*
▪¼ tsp each salt and pepper

Maple Gochujang Glaze:
▪¼ cup gochujang paste
▪3 tbsp maple syrup
▪1 tbsp sesame oil
▪½ tbsp tamari or soy sauce
▪1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
▪1 tbsp minced ginger
▪2 cloves garlic, minced
▪¼ tsp each salt and pepper
▪water to thin (if necessary)
METHOD
1-Preheat oven to 450F (232C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Remove leaves from cauliflower and cut into bite-sized florets.
2-Whisk all batter ingredients together in a mixing bowl, adding water slowly at a time until it achieves the desired consistency— the batter should be pourable, but thick enough to stick on the cauliflower. Dip each floret into the mixture and coat evenly, and shake to remove excess. 
3-Arrange florets on baking sheet (shouldn't be touching) and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown, then remove from oven.
4-While florets are still baking, whisk together sauce (adding additional water if needed to reach a glaze consistency). Let baking sheet cool slightly (to prevent bottoms from burning) and reduce oven to 400F. Dip each baked floret into the sauce until coated, shake to remove excess, and place back on sheet and bake for an additional 12-15 minutes.
5-Remove from oven and let cool before eating! Serve garnished with chopped scallions+sesame seeds and with dip.
