This is me UNEDITED! Holy moly what a #transformationtuesday! How did I know that I was going to have a longterm relationship with heath and fitness? Well it all started in the fourth grade when I would wake up before school and do my Denise Austin tapes! I was an overweight child and I got to the point where I want happy looking fat anymore! I am not going to lie and say that I never body shamed myself in my teen years. However it never got to the point where I was on the spectrum of being anorexic or developing and eating disorder. As became more involved in my studied I learned that nutrition was the key to success. As well as keeping all aspects of my health in line. Both this pictures represent different points in my life and both are beautiful! Happy #transformationtuesday fitfam!! .

Ich kann es immer noch nicht fassen 🙈 Ich bin so stolz auf mich selber! Drei Jahre lang habe ich berufsbegleitend studiert - zwei davon habe ich Vollzeit nebenbei gearbeitet, das letzte Jahr „nur“ 25h... war nicht immer einfach dann auch noch Training und Privatleben unterzubringen, aber ich hab es geschafft! 🤩

This also means that there are lots of different opinions when it comes to reaching your goals. Instagram is full of biased opinions, so are your friends and colleagues. It’s easy to listen to and follow snippets of information from all of them.

Though they’re often not incorrect, moving around between different ideas is likely the least effective method of seeing results.

So decide on your goal and then work out your plan from there.

Then stick to it! It will work!

Yesterday’s lunch from @sipkitchen 😍😍

I got the bulk of my weight off eating 70/30 whole foods/junk foods. However once Christmas hit it’s been more of a case of ‘Will this fit my macros’ rather than ‘is this actually good for me’. After a solid half year of maintaining my weight on about 50% junk food I’m ready to get the last little bit off with health as a priority. Including giving up my beloved crutch - caffeine ☕️❤️ which I haven’t had a break from in over a year. .
