⏺️Fracasos 🏆: Solo el que no lo intenta no fracasa y no aprende. 
Esta es una reflexión que les comparto de una plática que tuve con mi abuelo. 
Platicábamos de proyectos que hice y que no se desarrollaron como yo quisiera, le comentaba que lo sentía como un fracaso como espinas en el "Ego", mi abuelo solo se rió y me comentó que todos los fracasos son experiencias en mi mente solo estaba pensando (ya me han dicho y he leído esto ) y no hice click hasta que me dijo, que el también tuvo muchos fracasos en su vida y se arrepiente de no haber intentado algunas otras oportunidades, por resultados pasados... La cosa es la siguiente, muchos estamos en posiciones en las que no nos atrevemos por inseguridad o miedo, desde hacer una sentadilla con más peso y tener miedo de quedarte sentado o de hablarle a la persona que te gusta, de renunciar a lo seguro etc.. ⏺️Uno nunca va a saber el resultado del primer intento, puede ser positivo o puede ser un fracaso pero ya existe un aprendizaje para una segunda oportunidad. 
Mantén eso presente, inténtalo y aprende de todo lo que la vida nos deja.👊⚒️. .

Last year, my mom set a goal to walk the Spanish steps with no pain. She’s had multiple hip surgeries so we started off easy with @streetparking SHIFT workouts and even those needed some modifications. •

A full year of training later, we walked all 138 steps with ZERO ISSUES! •

Upping the intensity this week as we push towards the last part of the cut. No hands going as hard as I can

I’d say this morning went pretty well after hitting my chest workout where I hit 180 on flat bench for 5 reps for the first time at that weight
•
Gonna finish the rest of the week strong!  Looking forward to tonight @raven3333 and I have one last ultrasound today bought to check on our boy before he’s born in a couple of weeks 😳😬. Can’t wait!

We got a break in the weather last week here in good ol’ Ballarat. So I grabbed my fiance (metaphorically) and we headed to the oval to get in a session.☀️ You’ve got an excuse? No dramas, I’ve got you covered!
I haven’t got boxing gear! You have your hands and air. Puch away baby!
It's too wet, dry, hot, cold, light, dark, something else outside! Umm, inside totally works. I’m sure you’ve got a hallway!
I have no partner to play with! People can sometimes let you down, so do it on your own! 
There are 3 rounds of work, which took us just over 3 minutes (which is the standard timing for a boxing round). We set it up as a reverse pyramid with punches and 3 different bodyweight exercises with a 20m shuttle run. The punching started at 20 and dropped by 2 each time we ran a shuttle. The exercises are half that of the punches, staring at 10 and dropping by 1 each shuttle. 🥊 
Round 1
Jab/cross > shuttle > star jumps 
Round 2
Uppercuts > shuttle > squats 
Round 3
Hooks > shuttle > push-ups 
Want more? You can always repeat or add a set including lunges, or step-ups or repeat rounds 1-3 again.
Need less? Try reducing the shuttle runs or starting with 10 punches and 5 of each of the body weight exercises.

Anxiety attacks have been kicking my butt the last few days. What is only for a little bit seems like eternity when it feels like your gonna die. I even wanted to write a last will and testament. Yeah. It was that bad, especially this morning. I decided to do full body circuit. Pushed through the discomfort, anxiety, and pain and got it done.
You can too. Never give up.
