It’s a weird feeling, and one that hits me when I least expect it. Truth is, when you get stuck in a routine (even if it’s perfect for your goals and lifestyle) it can be really refreshing to immerse yourself into a different routine and just let go for a bit. I’ve been enjoying alllll the food and walking for miles a day, but no actual training and I still feel happier than ever. The company helps, of course 💕 but being in Greece and all the end-of-high-school nostalgia definitely helps me see things just a bit differently!

It’s a weird feeling, and one that hits me when I least expect it. Truth is, when you get stuck in a routine (even if it’s perfect for your goals and lifestyle) it can be really refreshing to immerse yourself into a different routine and just let go for a bit. And just in front of you, there's a giant boulder that's as tall as you are.

It's 3 feet away from the edge.

Your job is to push it 3 feet forward so that it can roll down the hill.

It seems impossible. You don't even want to try.

But you force yourself to try anyway, and something strange happens - you push it 2 inches forward. It was DIFFICULT and it required A LOT of effort, but you managed to push it just a little.

And then something even stranger happens - you feel like you want to try again.

So you do. And this time you manage to push it 3 inches forward.

You feel motivated to keep pushing that boulder because you know the distance is getting smaller.

And you manage to get a little further every time.

And then you realise the boulder is rolling down the hill without your help.

THIS is what happens when you first start trying to lose weight.

You don't want to start because it feels impossible.

But you need to FORCE yourself to do SOMETHING. It doesn't matter what. It can be something as simple as drinking an extra glass of water.

Or going for a 5-minute walk after lunch.

Or eating 1 cookie instead of 2.

It's going to require effort, but as long as you keep the image of the boulder in mind, you'll be able to do it.

And you'll see SOME kind of result from that action. It might be feeling a little more energetic. Or it might just be satisfaction from achieving something you set out to do.

That result is going to give you a little motivation, which you'll use to take a second action.

The second action will STILL feel difficult ... but a little less difficult than last time.

After a while, you'll be hitting the gym and eating veggies without even thinking about it.

And before you know it, you'll be 20 lb lighter.

But this whole process starts with forcing yourself to perform 1 action.

KNOW that it'll be hard work. But do it anyway. And later, it'll feel effortless.

Я часто слышу, причём от «опытных» тренеров, что, только с весами можно смоделировать красивое и стройное тело. Отчасти соглашусь, веса могут помочь но так же могут и покалечить, если тренироваться не правильно, не соблюдать технику.  Уже год как я пересмотрела свои тренировки и моей студии нет ничего тяжелее 16 килограммовой гири ))
Вот пример упражнении вообще без весов!!! Мышцы работают на все 100%
Обычная резина мой тренажёр, а вот  купить резинки, экспандеры, гири и остальное вы можете в @powerteam.moldova и @multisport.moldova

When I talk to people about getting started with fitness or weight loss, they’re almost always coming from a negative place.
___________________
Everyone’s answer is a bit different, but it usually boils down to this :
___________________
They have gained a bunch of weight doing “bad” things (overeating, not exercising, etc.), and now they have to “punish” themselves with healthy eating and working out so they can get the weight off.
___________________
It’s true —>If you are struggling with your weight, then the habits you currently have with your diet and exercise need to change.
___________________
You need to control your calorie intake better. You need to eat nutritious foods more consistently. You need to exercise regularly and be less sedentary.
___________________
But why does that have to be a punishment?
___________________
You have the choice to eat & exercise in a way that will positively impact your health!  When you put it that way, you will realize fitness isn’t something you “have” to do — it’s something you choose to do.
 ___________________
Thinking positively in that way will make you happier, which will make it easier to stay consistent, which will get you better results that can actually stick.
