eating healthy can be fun if you make it. i am learning so much about not only what I should be putting in my body, but also how to make it. I’ll admit I’ve never cooked a day in my life until I started this journey. Now @mitchypopp23 and i love to cook together and try new things. It doesnt have to be complicated. Here I’m just sautéing zucchini spirals and heating up low-fat alfredo sauce. It took 10 minutes, but was delicious and something new for me. Step out of your comfort zone! You may be surprised.

Made these delish healthy oatmeal cookies this afternoon. They were super easy from @amyshealthybaking! They were supposed to be raspberry chocolate chip but I used what I had on hand and did blueberry white chocolate. The recipe also was for “breakfast” cookies but imma just be having these as dessert cookies since they are so yummy! didn’t have time to hit the gym today bc i was spending a lot of time cooking. one thing i made were these AMAZING vegan blueberry muffins. adjusting to the new diet is proving to be quite difficult so i finally got some new ingredients and recipes. i have become to be passionate about being a vegan and am really enjoying the lifestyle. even though it can be difficult it’s worth it!!!

✨ For the Dough - Mix 2 cups wheat flour, 1tbsp salt, 2 tsp oil and warm water into a pliable dough
✨ For the Filling - Crumble paneer in a bowl. Mix in diced red onions, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, amchur, coriander powder, kasuri methi, garam masala and salt.
✨ Assembly - Make 5-6 balls out of the dough. Roll each one to a 2 inch circle. Place 1 tbsp of filling in the center. Fold over and shape into a sphere. Roll it out again into a circle of your desired size and toast on a hot tava

Yikes! What’s even scarier is that sperm counts continue to decline at least 1.4% every year 😱. Additionally, 15% of men will have “normal” sperm counts, but will still struggle with male factor infertility. This is because of DNA fragmentation— which does not show up on a semen analysis—but is diagnosed by a sperm chromatin structure assay. 💦

Male factor infertility can be caused by structural abnormalities (such as varicoceles), but it is most commonly caused by a source of inflammation in the body. Most studies suggest that lifestyle modification can dramatically improve sperm count markers, as well as reverse DNA fragmentation, in approximately 3 months. The goal is to lower reactive oxidative species —aka inflammation. This is possible through “epigenetics”, which is the modification of gene expression depending on environmental factors rather than the alteration of the genetic code itself. This essentially means that you can turn on or turn off genes depending on your lifestyle factors. 💦

These lifestyle modifications include ✔️abstinence from smoking, drugs, and alcohol,✔️Engage in moderate exercise and maintain a healthy weight, ✔️avoid high temperatures such as sauna, hot tub, etc. ✔️avoidance of pesticides and endocrine disrupting chemicals ,✔️modifying stressors in every day life. 💦

Macarrão com molho gorgonzola e alcatra

Ingredientes:
200g de espaguete(usei de grão de bico com farinha de arroz.
1 cebola cortada em cubinhos pequenos 
2 dentes de alho 
2 colheres de sopa de manteiga 
1 colher de sobre de farinha de arroz (ou farinha normal)
200ml de leite vegetal ( ou leite comum)
80g de queijo gorgonzola 
Sal pimenta do reino e noz moscada a gosto.
Evas como tomilho, manjerona a gosto.

Preparo:
Refogue o alho e a cebola com a manteiga, deixe dourar um pouco e acrescente a carne. Frite em fogo alto, temperando com sal pimenta e a noz moscada.

Antes de fazer o molho, coloque o espaguete para cozinhar na água fervendo com água, sal e azeite. Para o molho misture com leite 1 colher de sobremesa e bata com fue até misturar tudo muito bem.

Na mesma panela que fritou a carne, coloque 1 colher de sopa de manteiga, derreta e acrescente o leite, mexa tudo rapidamente. Assim que o molho começar engrossar (isso acontece rápido)acrescente o queijo, mexa até derreter o queijo.

Desligue o fogo, coloque a carne reservada, para mistura com molho, acrescente o macarrão  direto da panela com água, fiz isso com ajuda do pecador. Essa água que vem junto com macarrão vai ajudar no nosso molho. Misture tudo, se quiser pode acrescentar cheiro verde e manjericão.

Almoço de domingo, inspirado no prato do jantar de dia dos namorados da @jubossolani

Macarrão com molho gorgonzola e alcatra
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredientes:
200g de espaguete(usei de grão de bico com farinha de arroz.
1 cebola cortada em cubinhos pequenos
2 dentes de alho
2 colheres de sopa de manteiga
1 colher de sobre de farinha de arroz (ou farinha normal)
200ml de leite vegetal ( ou leite comum)
80g de queijo gorgonzola
Sal pimenta do reino e noz moscada a gosto.
Evas como tomilho, manjerona a gosto.

Preparo:
Refogue o alho e a cebola com a manteiga, deixe dourar um pouco e acrescente a carne. Frite em fogo alto, temperando com sal pimenta e a noz moscada.

Deixe a carne fritar, até secar toda água então retire e reserve.

No, no he estado de vacaciones... Ya me hubiese gustado!!

Esta semana ha sido de no parar!!
.
Pero este fin de semana me ha servido para reponer fuerzas... Bueno y también para avanzar tareas de esta semana, dejar comidas preparadas y demás, que está semana en Zamora estamos en fiestas y seguro que paramos pico por casa 😂😂. .
Y uno de los platos que he dejado preparados es este gazpacho de sandía, que me soluciona más de una comida y que, con la ola de calor que dicen que se nos viene encima, nos va a venir fenomenal!!

Por cierto, los que ya estén de vacaciones que se manifiesten, para darme envidia más que nada, y los que no que lo cuenten también y nos consolamos entre todos!

Vous prendrez bien un muffin tout chocolat pour le dessert ?
Et en plus je vous partage la recette, avec des ingrédients que tout le monde à chez soi 😊

Pour 6 muffins :
- 1 œuf
- 100g de farine de blé
- 40g de sucre de coco (ou autre sucrant)
- 50g de chocolat noir fondu
- 50mL d’eau
- 50g de compote de pomme
- 10mL d’huile
- 5g de levure chimique
.
Préchauffer le four à 180 degrés (chaleur tournante). Battre le sucre & l’œuf. Ajouter la farine, la levure & la compote. Mélanger. Ajouter ensuite l’eau, l’huile et enfin le chocolat fondu. Mélanger jusqu’à obtenir une pâte homogène puis remplir les moules à muffin jusqu’au 3/4. Laisser cuire 15min à 180 degrés

La version végétalienne arrive très vite 🌱
