Sweet potatoes are an important glucose and glycogen storage food for the liver. All sweet potatoes and yams are beneficial, even white sweet potatoes. Similar to regular potatoes, they help support almost every function for which the liver is responsible inside our bodies. Sweet potatoes have phytochemical properties that calm heated, angry, stagnant, sluggish, and toxic livers and help prevent spasming. They also offer a range of hormone-balancing phytochemicals for the liver; the liver uses sweet potatoes and yams to regulate and control some of its hormone functions.

Sweet Potato Pizza Crust
_
Ingredients:
For the crust:
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced (yields about 1 cup cooked sweet potato)
3 tbsp arrowroot starch
3 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp dried oregano 
1/2 tsp sea salt
_
Marinara sauce:
1/3 cup tomato paste 
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
2-3 tbsp water
Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Toppings (any combination of these):
1/2 red onion, finely sliced
3-4 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 red bell pepper, diced
5-6 olives
1/4 small zucchini, sliced
Handful of fresh arugula
Handful of fresh basil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. 
Place the diced sweet potatoes in a steamer. Cover with a lid and steam for 10-15 minutes, until tender. Remove and cool.

Place the sweet potatoes in a bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher until smooth. Measure out 1 cup of mashed sweet potato and leave the rest for another recipe.

❓Meine erste Frage darauf ist die, ob man sich überhaupt richtig ernährt. Denn wie der Name schon sagt, sind Supplements Nahrungs"ergänzungs"mittel. Wenn du also keinen Mangel hast (zb. Eisen) werden die meisten Supplements dir nichts bringen. Und selbst bei einem Mangel muss die Ernährung stimmen.

🚨 Supplements helfen dir, die letzten paar Prozent rauszuholen bzw. bei Proteinshakes auch mal den Bedarf nach Eiweiss zu decken, wenn es mit dem Essen nicht ganz geklappt hat. Das ist wie mit einem Sportwagen. Willst du noch etwas rausholen, dann tankst du Super Plus.

🚘 Ist allerdings deine Ernährung ein Twingo oder Ford Ka, dann bringt dir auch Super Plus nichts. Natürlich werden dir die meisten Hersteller was anderes erzählen. Speziell vor den ganzen Experten mit Werbung in der Story würde ich sehr aufpassen 😉 (Vallah, die nerven mich so krass)

Es gäbe tausende Gründe dafür und deshalb essen sie zwischen den sinnvollen Mahlzeiten das, was gerade da ist. Wenn nach ein paar Wochen dann die Gewichtsabnahme stagniert, fragen sie mich, wieso das passiert. Sehen Sie meine Wochenbox? Genau so soll es auch mit den Mahlzeiten und den sportlichen Betätigungen aussehen. Jedes Detail ist ein kleiner Schritt nach vorne. In der Summe aber sind sie ein gewaltiger Sprung.

⚀1 çay bardağı ceviz
⚀Yarım çay bardağı kuru üzüm
⚀Yarım çay bardağı damla çikolata
⚀5 adet kuru kayısı

Hazırlanışı:
Yumurtayı bütün olarak kaba alıp çırpın, ardından muzları ekleyip çatal yardımı ile ezin. Diğer tüm malzemeleri ekleyip harmanladıktan sonra 5 dakika kadar bekleyin(yulaf şişene kadar). Les presento PIZZA  de pencas de acelga 😱❤️. .✏️La fibra que aportan las pencas de acelga es muy beneficiosa:
✔️Acelera el tránsito intestinal
✔️Favorece el crecimiento de bacterias buenas en el Colon y nos protege de las malas
✔️Genera saciedad (nos llena antes)
✔️Nos protege frente al cancer de colon

Como hice esta pizza?? Se los cuento👇🏻
1️⃣Mezclar 500g de harina 0000, 100g de harina integral y sal c/n.
2️⃣ En una taza colocar la mitad de agua tibia y fermentar 1 cubito de levadura con una cucharada de azúcar.
3️⃣ Por otra parte, hervir y procesar las pencas de acelga. (En mi caso, agregué un par de hojas también)
4️⃣ Mezclar la harina, la levadura y las pencas. Amasar y dejar descansar por 20’.
5️⃣ Estirar la preparación y dejar descansar nuevamente.
6️⃣Hornear.

Les cuento que el amasado va a ser más blando que un amasado de pizza regular ya que las pencas aportan mucha agua.

Let me preface this by saying money will never fulfill you or make you happy. That is not the point. I just earned my 5th paycheck this month. I earn 5 paychecks EVERY month and I am so grateful to be able to earn these paychecks each week. Before this opportunity I would cry at least once a week because I was stressed out about finances - how I would be able to pay all my bills and still have money to play and save for the future. Ma nagyon fáradt voltam, a munkából haza érve úgy döntöttem nem edzem. Megkajáltam a salátám, majd mély álomba merültem. Amikor felébredtem arra gondoltam, hogy basszus ez még is az utolsó hét, húzzunk bele! Nem volt sok erőm így sem, de akkor sem tudtam elviselni a gondolatot, hogy nem edzem. Vegyes lett az edzés, kb. 40 percig bírtam. Futottam, tolódzkodtam, húzódzkodtam... Nyilván ez nem egy koncentrált edzés volt, most nem is az a cél..

My monthly essentials. Started using creatine again, last time put too much stress on my kidneys due to me being diabetic. However this time I'm upping the water amount each day as last timr when i was younger my water intake was sub-par. No Sugar Added Cookie Dough Fudge
Serves: 12
Per serving: 175 calories 16g F / 4.5g C (net) / 3g P / 4.5g fiber

INGREDIENTS:
🍪1/2 cup grass-fed butter, softened (112g)
🍪1/2 cup smooth cashew butter (128g)
🍪2/3 cup sugar-free sweetener of choice (see note below*)
🍪6 tablespoons coconut flour (42g)
🍪1/2 teaspoon salt (3g)
🍪1 teaspoon vanilla (5ml)
🍪1/2 cup @lilys_sweets_chocolate stevia sweetened chocolate chips (112g)

*I tested 2 different versions: one with 1/3 cup granulated erythritol and 1/3 cup baking stevia, and one with 1/3 cup powdered erythritol and 1/3 cup baking stevia. I find that granulated erythritol does not dissolve well in cold recipes, so if you want a very smooth texture, use powdered. I actually loved both versions and didn’t mind the slight crunchy texture of the granulated erythritol. Make sure to sweeten to taste, as different sweeteners add different amounts of sweetness.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine softened butter and cashew butter in a bowl.
2. Add coconut flour, salt, and vanilla. Add 1/3 cup of sweetener, then slowly add the rest of the sweetener to taste.
3. Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of the chocolate chips.
4. Spread mixture into a 8x4 inch loaf pan lined with parchment or wax paper.
5. Top generously with remaining chocolate chips, and add more if desired.
6. Refrigerate until firm, then slice into 12 pieces. Store fudge in the refrigerator.

SWIPE to see WHAT I EAT IN A DAY👀👉🏼 well, lately, and minus my one coffee, maybe a tea, my huge 1.5 L water that i carry around everywhere, usually some Perrier, and ofcourse a couple pieces of 85-100% cacao 🍫

1. chocolatey proats: THIS breakfast is my GO-TO🙌🏼.. (the recipe is literally posted all over my feed) gluten-free rolled oats, chocolate protein, cacao powder, unsweetened almond milk, mulberries, and chia seeds, topped with banana, cacao nibs, and almond butter

2. turkey burg🍔: this meal has been one of my favs recently, maybe bc summer & burgers seem to go hand in 🖐🏼 🍔☀️🖐🏼 i got a bunch of xtra lean ground turkey and just mixed it up with some spices (cumin, cayenne), an egg, pink salt, pepper, and chopped onions, and cooked them on a george foreman grill. also i’m loving these gluten-free buns (o’doughs).. they’re soft and crispy at the same time (not your typical cardboard gf bread). added mustard, goat cheese, unsweetened ketchup, and spinach
(approx 300 cal P28 C38 F8)

3. steelhead trout cranberry kale salad: i lovvve trout, and this kale salad mix we get from Costco even tho i don’t use any of the stuff that comes with it in the bag lol i make my own dressing by mixing together balsamic, lemon, and some goat yogurt, and adding cranberries that don’t have preservatives/sulphites. i pre-cook a big batch of trout (just add Himalayan salt and bake for 20 min @ 400F), keep it in the fridge, and add it to my salads cold

I use to think the chairs at the salon were small, but no they’re actually pretty big 😂 
I remember how hard it was getting to work behind the chair and after working a 10-12 hour day how when I got home I could barely walk up my driveway to my front door that’s how much pain I was in. Now I can rock the cutest pair of cowgirl boots behind the chair 🎨 🖤
