Another good day of gym time. Hit 245 for 4 sets of singles today. Felt good 3rd set shown. Lost form a little on this one. My right shoulder slipped out from underneath of me because I didn't keep my lats and shoulders tight and engaged well. I'm really happy with the progress on hip drive as well. My butt is no longer coming up off the bench anymore but I'm still driving the hips up through the lift and it is helping exponentially. Wish I would've kept better form here but still felt ok being that I could still manage to muscle through it with bad form. Confident I  255 or 265 next week when I max feeling great deadlift day tomorrow. .

Risotto de coliflor🥦🤤:
-Bits de coliflor o coliflor triturada
-Aceite de oliva
-1 cebolla picada
- 1 y 1/2 taza de champiñones -3 dientes de ajo picado
-1 taza de vino blanco
-1 y 3/4 de taza de crema reducida en grasa
-Nuez moscada
- 4 cdas de perejil
-Sal
-Queso fresco rallado

Primero pon a asar la coliflor con cebolla picada y sal de ajo.
Poner aceite de oliva 1 cebolla picada,  los champiñones y saltear. Añadir ajo y saltear 1 minuto. Añadir el vino tinto y dejar hervir. Agregar la crema, nuez moscada, pimienta y sal. Dejar que vuelva a hervir, añadir la coliflor, revolver hasta que parezca risotto. Añadir queso y perejil.

Añadí fajitas de pollo🍗

I’m using a band here to apply extra tension to my tricep.
Why?

At the start of the movement my tricep is close to fully extended and therefore is in a weaker position than when it starts to extend (when muscles are fully lengthened or fully shortened they are weaker than when they are contacted in a mid range position). -
So as my muscle extends to a mid range position it gets stronger which is where band tension starts to apply more force to my tricep. This means I have to apply effort all the way from the start to the middle without it getting easier.
As I approach lock out my muscle starts to weaken as it is at the end range of motion where it is not as strong as the middle, however there is also less force on the cable applied to my tricep as my arm is close to fully locked out. Think about if my arm was fully locked out there would be little to no tricep tension. As I approach lock out there is less cable tension. And even though the band tension increases I am able to complete the movement. -
It’s an excellent challenge for the triceps from start to finish unlike a lot of exercises that either start hard and finish easy or the other way round.

Wenn ich mich so sehe, dann bin ich zufrieden, happy, glücklich aber auch müde. .
Nach 3 Kursen darf ich das natürlich auch 😂, parallel zu dem warmen Wetter liegen auch aktive Arbeitstage hinter mir, in denen es hauptsächlich um Musterbilder ging und das Apartment aus jedem Winkel, Stellung fotografiert wurde.... nur noch morgen, dann steht erstmal ein langes Wochenende an, das ich auch nötig habe ✌

Der gestrige Einstieg in den neuen Zyklus ist nahezu perfekt gelaufen. Im Training konnte ich alle geplanten Loads easy übertreffen und trotzdem in der geplanten Rep-Range bleiben, obwohl die Nacht vorher so schlecht wie lange nicht mehr war .😱❌Ansonsten scheint meine Verletzung der Hüfte etwas rückläufig zu sein, denn ich konnte das erste mal seit 2 Zyklen, ein Beugemuster in den Plan integrieren und somit die Quads, abseits des Beinstreckers trainieren!😍🙏🏻Natürlich ist es nicht die Welt, eine von sooooo vielen möglichen Übungen nochmal ausführen zu können, aber dennoch schätze ich diese Kleinigkeit so sehr. Auf dem Weg zur WM nehme ich alles mit.💪🏻💯

Eine Serie von Reaktionen im sogenannten Matrixraum der Mitochondrien nennt man Zitratzyklus. Durch diesen Zyklus werden sowohl reduzierte Koenzyme für Phase 4 und energiereiche Phosphate gebildet.
Dabei verbindet sich die Acetylgruppe (2 C-Atome) vom Acetyl-Koenzym A mit dem Oxalacetat (4 C-Atome).🔜So entsteht das Zitat. In den Reaktionen danach geht es folgendermaßen weiter:
➡️Acetylkoenzym A wird abgespalten.
➡️Weitere 2 Moleküle Kohlendioxid werden abgespalten und gelangen über das Blut in die Lunge, wo sie anschließend abgeatmet werden.
➡️Es entstehen viele reduzierte Koenzyme sowie NADH.
➡️Pro eingeschleustes Acetyl-Koenzym entsteht ein GTP (Guanosintriphosphat) Molekül. Das GTP entspricht vom Energiegehalt gesehen, dem ATP (Adenosintriphosphat).
Nach Abschluss der Reaktion des Zitratzyklus liegt wieder das oben genannte Oxalacetat vor. Nun kann ein neues Acetyl-Koenzym A eingeschleust werden.

Der gestrige Einstieg in den neuen Zyklus ist nahezu perfekt gelaufen. Im Training konnte ich alle geplanten Loads easy übertreffen und trotzdem in der geplanten Rep-Range bleiben, obwohl die Nacht vorher so schlecht wie lange nicht mehr war .😱❌Ansonsten scheint meine Verletzung der Hüfte etwas rückläufig zu sein, denn ich konnte das erste mal seit 2 Zyklen, ein Beugemuster in den Plan integrieren und somit die Quads, abseits des Beinstreckers trainieren!😍🙏🏻Natürlich ist es nicht die Welt, eine von sooooo vielen möglichen Übungen nochmal ausführen zu können, aber dennoch schätze ich diese Kleinigkeit so sehr. Auf dem Weg zur WM nehme ich alles mit.💪🏻💯
