When non-vegan cafes do vegan food well it makes my heart sing! Always happy to support non-vegan cafes and brands and show them that there is a demand for vegan food!
Oh and don’t forget the not so sneaky bowl of chips - it’s not everyday we do brunch 🙈

One of the best energy bars ever. @cliff_energy_bars Like seriously. Other than this I've only had the peanut butter one but also v good. These taste like a porridge but also a dessert and it's confusingly good. And v easy to find in sainos too so v pleased about this. Also fed my adventure to BYOC in Camden very well but I don't feel like this is what they mean in the slogan 😂😂😂
Anyhoo off to train legs with little motivation this morning but hopefully a banana will give me the energy as that's the poor student method of a pre-workout snack 😂 these energy bar things are classed more as a treat cause £1.60 yanno whereas a banana ~ 10p

🌎As far as YOUR nutrition goes, long term sustainability HAS to be a key consideration. Its the reason I don't create or advocate diet plans. I don't preach veganism or supplements to anybody who will listen, becsuse we're all wonderfully unique & our lifestyle choices should be treated as such. You have a diet already, its what you eat every day. Sure, there's always room for improvement, and wiser decisions you can make to support your composition goals and health, but how about this small change for the planet?.

You need to set intentions each morning. You need to have a purpose. You need to have clear action steps. What do you hope to achieve today? What boxes do you want to have ticked when you reflect and review tonight? You need to know these answers. Otherwise you are going nowhere fast.

In the early 1960s, a Bulgarian-born Israeli chemist named Raphael Mechoulam asked a simple question: How does marijuana make you high? The biochemistry of major psychoactive molecules from other recreationally used drugs, like cocaine and opium, was already understood. But scientists still didn’t know how cannabis worked. Mechoulam was the first scientist to map the chemical structure of both cannabidiol and delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC. Chocolate & Coconut Bites with only 4 ingredients?🍫🌰 Here is the recipe!👇👇👇 Ingredients:
> 150g pitted dates
> 150g oats (use buckwheat for a GF option)
> 3 tbsp cacao powder
> 3 tbsp coconut shreds + more to cover

Instructions:
1. Soak the dates in warm water for 5-10 minutes.
2. Put the oats (or buckwheat) into a blender and blend until they turn into flour.
3. Add the dates and a few tbsp of the water you soaked the dates in.
🍫for the chocolate version add the cacao powder
🌰 for the coconut version add the coconut shreds
3. Blend until everything forms a dough.
4. Take the dough out of the machine and form little balls by using your hands. 
5. Add some coconut shreds into a bowl and cover the balls by rolling them around in the coconut.

The balls can be stored in the fridge for a week 🙂 enjoy!👌

Guten Morgen🌞 mal wieder eine schöne Saunarunde.Meine Uhr hatte heute keine Lust,sie ist einfach auf dem Ladegerät sitzen geblieben🤷‍♀️.Hab ich aber keine Lust gehabt nochmal hoch zugehen und ihr die Pause gegönnt.Eine Stunde einfach mit Hörbuch gelaufen, zwischendurch telefoniert (hat @hw.sh.pdm gesagt, ich solle reden beim Laufen😊).Weiß nicht ob mein Töchterchen @hashtag_fracy mich gut verstanden hat😆.So waren das lockere 10km (die Runde kenn ich ohne zu messen),und ich muss heute viel an den Laptop ,da passt das mit der Lockerung vorher ganz gut.Danach noch triefend die Hüfte gedehnt (für @das_re
gleich mit🤗) und 3 Minuten in die tiefe Hocke.
Seid beschützt 🙌😇 und gönnt der Laufuhr auch mal ne Pause(der Trainingseffekt ist trotzdem vorhanden😎

Good morning, my lovelies!! Today is Wednesday yet again—if u know, u know. Wednesdays are one of my favourite days of the week as I have the time in the morning to be productive and kick ass at life 🌈 this Wednesday ill be buying a few things I need, heading to the gym to do a light workout, going to my local coffee shop and treating myself to a matcha latte, and here ill finish anything that needs to get done 🌟

Brekkie this morning was one of my favourite combos ever—overnight vanilla protein oats yUMSGOSG. I soak 1/2 - 1 cup (I dont measure!!) oats mixed with 1/2 scoop of @rawsportofficial salted caramel protein powder into hazelnut milk (or any plant milk) and let it soak for 10-20 minutes. I then topped it with 1/2 of a peach and 1 banana, bee pollen, and @whitworthsuk sunflower seeds which I put on everything 👏🏼 SO GOOD 🍌

The smoothie bowl is hitting 40% of your daily targets & the oatmeal is hitting 45% 
So it doesn't really matter which one you choose

None of them are much better than the other!

Whichever you choose, just make sure you are eating plenty nutrients rich foods for your other meals and you will on track to hitting all your RDI's!

Discorde this amazing 😉 tofu fish 🐠 and 🍟 style @naturalbarandkitchen a pure paradise.
The atmosphere was great 👍 and it was only £10.95 I would recommend to try it! The fish was a large pierce of tofu along with some chunky chips and pea purée.

Recipe 🌱
Ingredients:⠀
Sushi Rice:⠀
2 cups uncooked sushi rice⠀
3 1/2 cups of filtered water⠀
1 tbsp rice vinegar⠀
1/2 tbsp cane sugar⠀
1 tsp salt⠀
2 tbsp sesame seeds⠀

6 ounces baked flavored tofu (I used the Indian curry flavor)⠀
2 avocados, sliced⠀
1/4 purple cabbage, sliced thinly⠀
2 carrots, sliced thinly⠀

Chipotle cashew “mayo”: ⠀

Ingredients (5-6 pancakes):
120 g chickpea flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
80-100 ml water
1 small zucchini
80 g corn, cooked
5 dried tomatoes, cut in small pieces
1 Tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, basil), chopped
1 tsp Olive oil
✨
Method: Grate zucchini and generous sprinkle with salt, set aside. Mix chickpea flour, baking powder and salt. Mix in the water until well combined. Lightly press the grated zucchini to remove part of the liquid. Add the zucchini together with the corn, tomatoes, olive oil and herbs to the batter. Let the batter rest for 15 min. Heat up a little of olive oil in a large pan. Fry pancakes from both sides until golden brown.

5 Tbsp unsweetened soy yogurt 
1 Tbsp tahini 
1 Tbsp lemon juice 
½ tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp maple syrup

today starts my next 30 Days to Healthy Living Challenge and in return I’m not only gonna feel more energized, have glowing skin and sleep better, but my body is getting a fresh start. ✨ all last week I kinda threw my habits out the window and ate 60%-40% rather than my usual 80%-20% (80% healthy & clean, 20% whatever I want). I was eating some Whataburger (iykyk yeehaw) with Dylan this weekend and I totally tried to justify it by telling myself “you’re living life and having fun” but I actually  live life and have lots of fun when I’m eating healthy and watching what I eat 😳 I actually feel worse eating the unhealthy things even tho they taste pretty good (and I’m aware that’s my brain enjoying the carb and sugar addictions). But eating healthy tastes and feels good, more than anything. We as a society have made a twisted conclusion that eating unhealthy= living life and eating healthy=being strict/no fun. A majority of us have been taught this since we could hold an ice cream cone in our hands. Have you ever realized this? Am I the only one? Of course I believe in balance...but I have caught MY OWN BRAIN telling myself to justify my poor choices, and I challenge you to catch how many times you do it and say it to yourself. Every time I do this 30 day challenge, i realize how easy it really is to stick with, no joke, and that I’m not depriving myself whatsoever like I used to when I would count my calories over nutrition. IM SO EXCITED FOR THE NEXT 30 DAYS!!!! Making healthier alterations and alternatives to my food is really simple and I’m so excited that not only my husband is doing it with me, but I have an entire handful of awesome people doing it with me too! Our group started today and it’s not too late to join in with us😋 #bonbabe #arbonne #30DaysPure

Ingredients:⠀
▪1/2 tablespoons olive oil ▪5 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced ▪8 cloves garlic, minced⠀
▪1/2 large onion finely diced⠀
▪1 teaspoon sea salt ▪1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper⠀
▪3 cups high quality vegetable broth⠀
▪1 can coconut milk ⠀
▪4 sprigs thyme, stems removed
METHOD:⠀
1-In a large, deep pot over medium high heat, add the olive oil or vegan butter to heat.⠀
2-Add the mushrooms, garlic, onion and salt and pepper. Stir together and sauté until mushrooms begin to release their natural juices and become fragrant, about 8 minutes.⠀
3-Pour in the vegetable broth and the coconut milk. Add in the thyme. Stir together and bring to a boil, then a simmer for 15 minutes.⠀
4-Scoop out two cups of soup (with some mushrooms) and pour into your blender. If you have a glass blender, ensure it cools down a bit first!⠀
5-Press the soup setting or blend until fully blended out. Pour back into soup pot and blend one more time.⠀
Serve the soup and top with your favourite toppings and Enjoy!

2-Add the mushrooms, garlic, onion and salt and pepper. Stir together and sauté until mushrooms begin to release their natural juices and become fragrant, about 8 minutes.⠀
3-Pour in the vegetable broth and the coconut milk. Add in the thyme. Stir together and bring to a boil, then a simmer for 15 minutes.⠀
4-Scoop out two cups of soup (with some mushrooms) and pour into your blender. If you have a glass blender, ensure it cools down a bit first!⠀
5-Press the soup setting or blend until fully blended out. Pour back into soup pot and blend one more time.⠀
Serve the soup and top with your favourite toppings and Enjoy!

Ok, it’s Tuesday and it’s #truthtuesday. 😊 I received this Vegan BCAA (Branched-Chain Amino Acids) by @truth_nutrition a few weeks ago and began drinking it throughout the day (after my yoga practice). I also started a high cardio regimen and it is helping with muscle recovery. 😌 What is shocking about other BCAA’s is that they contain animal products. Sometimes, even DUCK FEATHERS and HUMAN HAIR are in the BCAA! 😱😲🤮 It’s SOOO important to know what you are consuming, and I thank Truth Nutrition for keeping us informed. 👏🏻💚
