THE IMPORTANCE OF ELIMINATION (IN AYURVEDA)
In simple terms, elimination in Ayurveda can best be described as the regular passage of the contents of the bowels out of our body, it is the removal of waste products from the body. In ayurvedic medicine, evacuation of the bowels every morning is extremely important. Now, this is something that sounds quite simple since that is the first thing most of us tend to do before we begin our day. But what happens when this natural process is disrupted for a day or two? We may ignore it, brushing it aside as “no big deal.” However, not eliminating your bowels every morning can have a huge effect on the psychological and physical well-being of a person. How to deal with past traumas?  Traumas come in all forms.  Going through hardships mean being humans but sometimes these hard times have made  dents in our hearts. If we allow our dents to stay,  then they eventually would stop us from growing and loving.  These dents are there to remind us the lessons we've learned,  but they are not meant to stay.  It takes courage to tell the people you love you are hurt and you're learning how to love yourself again.  And those who love you would stay.  They would - trust me. 💓

#BennettUniversity celebrated the 5th International Day of Yoga at its campus. Much to our pride, the session was led by Bennett University's student Abhimanyu Banerjee who is a certified yoga trainer. Introspection and a keen desire to know the true essence of life, fuelled Abhimanyu's passion for Yoga and in 2016 he ventured out on this path of learning. There are times, times when I question if the path I am on is the right one. And then, God shows me His goodness and His faithfulness. Sometimes, it's a small gesture; and sometimes it is HUGE.

But it's always a reminder that it's my path, but He's guiding me.

Maya Angelou once said, “Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it.” We can get bogged down in believing the bad, hurtful things others had said about us. However, the God of all creation believes that I am His and I am worthy.

There are times, times when I question if the path I am on is the right one. And then, God shows me His goodness and His faithfulness. Sometimes, it's a small gesture; and sometimes it is HUGE.

But it's always a reminder that it's my path, but He's guiding me.

I’m struggling with a complicated issue today in my life that is exacerbated by wishing I had a cup of coffee. During the first couple of days of the detox, that is a common concern for a lot of people here, - a simple cup of coffee. Shedding my self protecting armor again and again and I know being raw and real is where you get down to the good stuff. After crashing and starting my life over I woke up, stepped out of my life and into a whole new experience. My heart remains open to life’s beautiful moments and brutal ones as well. After looking closely at the world and all of its brokenness, Grace has allowed me to forgive myself and others, love myself, and hold space for another’s brokenness without losing myself again. I am strong, and so are you. I am not ashamed of my past, and I am most proud of what I learned and how I choose to exist in the world. The more I open myself to life’s complexities, the more I know we are all one. You are not alone, I see the light in you, and the pain, and the beauty.

Ура! Убегаю!
Убегаю от городской суеты, палящего солнца и раскалённого асфальта!
В любимые украинские Карпаты, маленькую уютную  Ворохту, с коротким визитом в летнюю Буковель!

💥It might seem to be crazy for somebody... but waking up early (between 5-6 am) ⏱ gives me so much extra time ->> to study (selftdevelopment, because there is always something to learn) , to do workout, to cook... whatever AND! ☝🏻 {A little note before...: 💕
(I know I am morning person...if you aren’t and you want to be-> •be consistant and wake up early every day [for 30 days] to build a new habit• and if you aren’t and you don’t want to be-> then just SLEEP as much as you need ->> everybody are unique🙌🏻) } ☝🏻I am even more energized during the day than when I sleep a lot. Of course sometimes I get suuuper tired and I can’t even move. Meanwhile, it’s just another challenge I wanna achieve. Find the balance ☯️ while you are being the best version of YOU💕
