First, yeah, a good chunk of #happiness is controlled by your genes but there’s a lot you can do to make yourself happier!

I can’t emphasize this one enough. Showing gratitude for the good things you have is the most powerful happiness boosting activity there is. ✔️It will make you happier.
✔️It will improve your relationships.
✔️It can make you a better person.
✔️It can make life better for everyone around you.
Something you should do (I know you won’t even bother doing it tho’ since some of you are super lazy. OR prove me wrong 😉) Every night before you go to bed write three good things that happened to you that day. Writing those down is pretty much all it takes to get a boost in well-being over time.

We often think that how we view life is how life is but that’s just our perception of it.
Our perceptions create our #reality so if you are not at ease with yours, ask yourself if perhaps you can look at things in a different way. I know you can be stubborn sometimes but when you feel like you are banging your head against the wall regarding a particular situation, it’s probably time to look at it from a different angle.
